Apply for a police clearance certificate

A police clearance certificate (good-conduct certificate) shows whether you have a criminal record in the Somali Region. Employers, embassies, universities and licensing offices ask for it.

Fill in your details exactly as on your National ID card.
Pay the fee with e-birr, SahayPay, HelloCash or telebirr, or at the station in cash or with a bank deposit slip.
The police check the records. You get an SMS when it is ready, usually within 3 working days.
Collect it at the station you chose. Bring your National ID card.
